“I believe that food is at the center of health. It’s the way we communicate love, affection, happiness, and knowledge. Food is the gateway between past and present, it is the way to distinguish your culture from others. Nutrition is more than food; spiritual intake, mental intake, and physical intake all play a role in our body’s ability to heal and recover.”
Our Mission is to reengineer our community back to good health, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
